The reuse of existing historic structures, including the Sakai family home, water tower, water tank, Oishi house, and select greenhouses, will take place as part of a larger master planned, housing development. Conceptual functions for the structures include educational facilities, post office, community center, and day care facility.
LEED-ND Gold after Stage 1 registration. Part of the pilot program for the LEED-ND rating system.
